Ishtara is a science-supported, body-based method for healing, connecting with your essential self, and claiming your wholeness with a 15-minute movement practice you can learn at home. It's a moving meditation practice to music based on 30 years of somatic research; a body-based way to free yourself from repeating patterns in the way you feel, act, and relate.

Ishtara goes beyond simply regulating your nervous system and gives you a method to create healing and growth that truly lasts, by completing patterns at the source, your body, in a way that is safe, loving, and feels good. You'll come away with a fun and powerful practice you can use to work through any challenge.

This intro is open to any body. We will not be moving; it is simply an informational session. We recommend being in a private space for this session.
