Melissa is fascinated by energetic intelligence, nervous system care, and self- and collective healing. She is the visionary force behind ELP and also stewards a retreat and residency in Vermont. She completed her BA at Brown University, her MA and PhD at the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California, and her postdoc at UC Irvine. As a former college professor in communication and social change, Melissa brings a strong foundation in research and an insatiable curiosity for understanding the human energy system. She is an independent licensed Ishtara embodiment teacher and a certified Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui and Karuna lineages. Ruth exudes joy and wisdom, creating relationships built on authenticity and aligned with ELPs values. Her expansive career as a marketing innovator across several industries has produced inspiring brands and exceptional teams. She is trained as a Co-Active Coach and holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. Ruth has served on the boards of ALSAC and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for a decade. Nat’s life work is informed by her desire to see communities connected to the resources all are inherently worthy of. She has spent many years offering support to folks in various developmental stages within the educational system fostering connection, joy, and ease. Nat has a Bachelor’s in Communication, is certified in yoga, trained in EFT/Tapping, and trauma and resilience-informed practices.
