Ishtara Pricing
We desire to make Ishtara's powerful method as accessible to as many people as possible. We work hard to ensure that classes provide high value at a comparatively low cost. Class sizes are kept intentionally small and the experience is personalized. See below for details on what is included in each class.
A personal note on my pricing: I am not motivated by profit. I have nothing against it, but I’m allergic to selling, and I’m terrible at it because it doesn’t feel energetically aligned with my constitution. What motivates me to share this work is watching people reclaim their wholeness, power, and pleasure in life. What motivates me is the need for greater resiliency and more love — for ourselves, our families, our communities, for those who are different from us, for nature, and for our shared planet.

What we have learned time and time again is that when people do not invest in this work they get a lot less out of it. When they do stretch and invest, their body takes the cue and they go deeper. The return on investment is higher for them.
It’s not about how you value my time; it’s about how you value YOURS.
Invest with a stretch – and your body will respond because stretch is a language the body understands. Your body will take you deeper, your experience will be more expansive, and your ‘return on investment’ will be richer. This is an invitation to invest in yourself – the most valuable asset we have.

Transformative practices you can do at home in just 15 minutes with curated music.
Ishtara Body Trinity: $400-$800
This is the second level course for those who are interested in going even deeper with this unique method. Ishtara Body Trinity includes:
6 weeks of personalized learning designed to help you understand and work with your particular body personality
Learn how to work with archetypal energies to repattern your nervous system and turn on your power to create the life you desire
2 hours of live instruction & practice per week
Guidebook
Access to Ishtara's curated music library of hundreds of songs organized to help you create transformative practices
A special closing event including demos from experienced practitioners!

Ishtara Series: $240-400
For those who've completed Body Alchemy and Body Trinity and wish to continue to practice in community, in a safe and supportive container. Ishtara Series includes:
6 weeks of personalized practice sessions hosted and supported by a Licensed Ishtara Teacher
2 hours per week
Classes limited to 6 people

If the cost is truly prohibitive for you, please contact Melissa; we are developing a fund to be able to offer reduced class fees for those who need it. In some cases we can also accept payment plans.
